TICKET PURCHASE HELP VIA SELF CHECKOUT

Before Ticket Sales Begin:

  1. Install Ticket Fairy - SM Helper Extension:

    • Ensure the Ticket Fairy - SM Helper Extension is installed on your browser.

  2. Do Not Log Into Your SM Tickets Account:

    • Do NOT log into your SM Tickets account. Simply go to the Orders page. The extension will log you in automatically.

  3. Open Your Orders Page:

    • Open both Day 1 and Day 2 tickets in separate tabs.
    • Make sure your sound is on to hear the notification when tickets become available.

Our Tools in Action:

  1. Ticket Search Process:

    • Our system will continuously search for J-Hope tickets for both days due to the high-demand event.
    • Once a ticket becomes available, the checkout link will appear on your screen.

  2. Ongoing Search:

    • Our tools will continue searching until a sold-out announcement is made.
    • If no tickets are found within 1 hour, you can leave the tabs open in the background.
    • We’ll notify you via email or Telegram once we find tickets. You’ll also hear a notification sound when tickets are available.

  3. Ticket Release Process:

    • SM Tickets releases tickets in batches, so it may take time, especially if your priority sections are in high demand.
    • You’re competing with 1 million ARMYs for J-Hope tickets, so stay patient, especially within the first hour. Be alert until a sold-out announcement is made.

No Need to Contact Us:

  • If no tickets are found within the first 1 hour, we’ll reach out to you if we secure your tickets, so you can proceed with checkout.
  • If you don’t receive a message, we’ll move your order to the next ticket-selling date and contact you for any additional details (e.g., smart presale code, if applicable).
  • No need to contact us during this time. We’re managing sales across multiple countries (Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, and Jakarta), and our tools will work across all these dates and times to secure tickets for you.

Checkout Link:

  1. Click on the Checkout Link:
    • Once the checkout link appears, click on it immediately.
    • You have 15 minutes to complete the checkout. If you don’t complete it in time, the tickets will be released to the next buyer.

Payment Errors:

  1. If a Payment Error Occurs:

    • If a payment error happens, the tickets will be removed from your account, and our tools will search for tickets again.
    • No need to contact us. Just return to your Orders page and let our system continue searching.

  2. Our Service is Considered Rendered:

    • Our service is considered rendered once we’ve secured the tickets for you. Payment errors on your side (e.g., due to payment method issues) are not our fault. This process is different from our full checkout service that we also offer.
    • If our tools fail to find tickets the second time, we’ll move your order to the next selling date.

  3. Payment Method Tips:

    • If available, we highly recommend using SeaBank via QR PH for the smoothest experience.
    • If Payrex is the only payment method, please note that it’s our first time using it, and we currently don’t have additional details.

Payment for Assistance Fee:

  1. When to Pay:

    • The assistance fee is due after we successfully provide tickets for your account.

  2. Fee Details:

    • The fee is charged per ticket, based on the tier you selected.

  3. Payment Deadline:

    • You must pay the fee within 30 minutes of completing checkout.
    • A GCash QR code will appear on your order page. Use it to make payment and upload your proof of payment.

  4. Late Payment:

    • If you don’t pay in time, your tickets will be voided, and your SM Tickets account will be permanently banned.
    • Ensure prompt payment to avoid issues!

Important Notes:

  1. SM Tickets Account: 

    • Double-check that all of your information on the order page is correct. This includes your SM Tickets account details and any other relevant info.

  2. Queueing Independently:

    • If you plan to queue on your own, create a new SM Tickets account. Do not use the accounts you provided us.

  3. Section Selection Priority:

    • Your selected order determines priority. For example, if VIP is your first choice, we’ll try to secure VIP tickets first. If unavailable, we’ll attempt your second choice.

  4. High-Demand Events:

    • SM Tickets may release tickets randomly, so being flexible with your choices increases your chances of success.
